Accountability Planning

When creating a plan for your health, we focus on assessing each area of your life to determine what your goals are, what the associated timeline might be, and what success looks like.

  • Creation of a Wellness Plan and associated timeline.
  • Weekly execution check-ins to review milestones and to tweak parts of the plan that might need adjustments.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

The 1:1 Coaching experience (1 hour/week) guides clients through a customized process with Glymph Consulting LLC founder, Rikimah, to support you and keep you accountable for achieving your goals. These sessions build alignment and enhance commitment, empowering you to be your best self.

  • 1:1 wellness & well-being coaching sessions where clients will be given individual attention to co-create a plan addressing current happenings, questions, or concerns in real time.
