From the very beginning of her career, Rikimah knew that she wanted to work in infrastructure and people development work. With an extensive background in operations management and people operations on a global scale, Rikimah brings an innate ability to work with people of all backgrounds to identify challenges and help them to come to a resolution. She challenges people to think outside of their comfort zones and helps create innovative solutions necessary for actionable change.
April is an experienced human resources professional with a strong and varied background in people, benefits management, program design, management and implementation. April’s focus areas include staff and volunteer recruitment, training, development, management, and retention.

Amanda is a first generation college graduate with degrees in Political Science and Communication Studies from Towson University. She’s previously worked on the Bernie 2020 Campaign, Women’s March, and is a vegan outreach organizer.
Tami is an experienced People Operations professional who has supported all aspects of the People space in non-profits, political campaigns and start-up organizations for more than ten years. She brings an empowerment lens to all she does building on her social work education. Tami focuses on the life cycle of employment, including recruitment, professional development, training, coaching, and more.
Michelle brings expertise in business operations, human resources, corporate compliance, nonprofit finance, facilities management, and IT management. She has a passion for social justice and experience in diversity, equity and inclusion. Due to her 15-year tenure in nonprofit leadership, she is adept in navigating complex organizational changes; leadership and people development; relationship building; business strategy and financial acumen.
Briggette is a first-generation Colombian American and registered nurse. She has a wide breadth of experience with full cycle recruiting, headhunting, and cultural sensitivity training. She has owned several businesses and comes to us to fully utilize her deep experience and expertise with recruiting & headhunting.
